I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor (registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy - BACP) and a trainee psychotherapist (UK Council for Psychotherapy -UKCP trainee member). I run a private practice in Millbrook on the Rame Peninsula in East Cornwall. I offer face-to-face sessions in a quiet and confidential location and also sessions online by video call. I work with people from all types of backgrounds, ages, LGBTQI+, ethnicities, genders, abilities and heritages. 

I can help with a wide range of issues that can cause you to feel distress or stuck. You may choose to work with me in a shorter time period on something that is difficult for you right now. Or you may want to work for longer time in a more in depth way, with time to focus on past issues that are still impacting you. You might not know how you want to work or exactly or what the issue is.
